Job Description

We are looking for motivated System Engineers to join our growing team.
In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain critical IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure stability, scalability, and security, while working on system integration, performance optimization, and automation.

Whether you are an entry-level engineer eager to learn, a mid-level specialist managing complex environments, or a senior architect driving strategy, you’ll find opportunities to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Operations

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Exchange, O365.
• Monitor system performance and availability.

Infrastructure & Virtualization

• Work with VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Citrix, or KVM virtualization platforms.
• Manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, NFS).
• Handle backup & disaster recovery (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, AWS Backup).

Automation & Tools

• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Use monitoring tools: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds.
• Implement configuration management and patching strategies.

Security & Compliance

• Apply system hardening and patching best practices.
• Manage access controls and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, or other regulatory frameworks.

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with Cloud, DevOps, and Network Engineers.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in migrations (on-prem to cloud, legacy to modern platforms).

Qualifications

We welcome applications from all levels – junior, mid-level, and senior.

Core Skills (all levels):

• Experience in Linux/Windows server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN).
• Familiarity with scripting/automation.

Preferred Skills (role-dependent):

• Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
• Familiarity with security frameworks & audits.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP, Azure/AWS Associate are a plus.
