Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve business challenges across different domains, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and data analytics.

Whether you are an entry-level developer eager to learn, a mid-level engineer building scalable solutions, or a senior expert driving innovation and strategy, you will find the opportunity to grow and make an impact with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Development

Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

Implement algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics as required.

Run experiments, evaluate results, and improve model accuracy and efficiency.

• Data Engineering & Integration 

Collect, clean, and prepare data for training and inference.

Transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Work with databases, APIs, and Big Data platforms to ensure scalable pipelines.

• System Deployment & Maintenance

Deploy AI models into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises systems.

Integrate AI solutions into existing products and company platforms.

Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI applications

• Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.

Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Share findings and insights with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Innovation & Compliance

Stay updated on the latest AI research, frameworks, and tool

Ensure AI applications follow ethical guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from all levels – junior, mid-level, and senior. Your responsibilities and scope will be tailored to your experience.

Core Skills (all levels):

• Proficiency in Python (knowledge of Java, C++, or R is a plus).
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)
• Solid grasp of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with data handling tools (SQL/NoSQL databases, Pandas, Spark, Hadoop).

Preferred Skills (role-dependent):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines).
• Exposure to specialized domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s/PhD is a plus for senior roles.
