About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Project/Program Manager to lead strategic projects and initiatives that drive business success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multi-faceted programs, ensuring seamless execution while delivering measurable outcomes. Your expertise will shape key organizational strategies, stakeholder relationships, and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programs that align with business goals and IT strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
• Drive strategic initiatives and change programs across a global, matrix-driven organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on project execution and business impact.
• Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project and program management within a dynamic business environment.
• Proven success in leading large-scale programs and influencing organizational strategy.
• Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong technical expertise in project methodologies, governance, and resource planning.
