Job Description:

As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with business users, product owners, and implementation squads to ensure smooth and effective market rollouts of D365. You will play a vital role in translating business needs into scalable solutions through configuration, integration, testing, and user training.

Key responsibilities include:

Configure D365 modules according to the company’s standard blueprint and market-specific needs.

Collaborate with your squad and Implementation Manager to deliver end-to-end rollouts.

Utilize and support the company’s reusable integrations across systems.

Document all market-specific configurations in a clear and structured format.

Support and lead user testing and data validation efforts.

Contribute to cutover planning and smooth transition execution.

Facilitate training sessions for key business users using a “train-the-trainer” model.

Assist in data migration, including preparation, import (DMF), and user support.

Share knowledge and onboard new consultants joining the team.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with a strong business process understanding and excels in a collaborative, international environment.

Supportive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Structured and analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude.

Eager to learn and open to new perspectives.

Experienced in Agile project methodologies and global rollouts.

Required experience and skills:

Proven track record in full-cycle D365 implementation projects.

Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following modules:

Finance:

Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable & Procurement)

Acquire to Dispose (Fixed Assets)

Record to Report (General Ledger)

Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable)

Parts / Supply Chain:

Procurement & Sourcing

Sales and Marketing

Warehouse Management (Basic & Advanced)

Product Information Management

Intercompany processes

Data Management (import/export via DMF)

Procurement-specific:

ISV tools such as ExFlow, Comarch, or Treasury Automation Suite

Microsoft localization for regional compliance

Additional expertise:

Working with reusable integration tools and frameworks.

Understanding of the company’s business processes is a strong advantage.
