Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Specialist for a role based in Stockholm (on-site). The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Retail processes, inventory management (MM/SD), and supply chain challenges. They will analyze requirements, write functional specifications, test solutions, and support integrations while maintaining a structured approach using tools like Jira and Active Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis in collaboration with business experts and other stakeholders.

• Write Functional Specifications.

• Conduct walk-throughs of requirements and solutions with developers.

• Support developers by providing test data and clarification.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure quality.

• Work in a structured manner using relevant tools such as Jira, Active Control, etc.

• Conduct root cause analysis on problems reported by the markets.

• Maintain a complex setup of batch jobs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Inventory Management (MM/SD) within SAP.

• Experience in the Retail sector.

• Deep knowledge of the order-to-cash process in SAP.

• Understanding of how the stock count process integrates end-to-end (E2E) with other store processes, such as:

• Allocation

• Replenishment

• Sales

• BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick up In Store)

• Storage Management

• Familiarity with supply chain challenges.

• Expertise in Article Master Data in SAP Retail.

• Ability to specify integration contracts and test integrations from a functional perspective.
