Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise and Business Architect who will play a crucial role in aligning IT strategies with organizational goals and needs. You will analyze business requirements, external environments, and organizational structures to define IT and business necessities, driving digital transformation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IT solutions for core business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support digital transformation efforts by aligning IT and business strategies.
• Build and implement IT roadmaps while managing complex projects.
• Oversee infrastructure, applications, and cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Define and apply methods and models to describe stakeholders, business models, information flows, regulations, and processes.
• Establish system integrations and ensure IT security in complex environments.

• Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, computer engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, including applications, integration, and IT security.
• Strong background in developing capability and process models for complex organizations.
• At least 3 years of experience in defining information requirements and using information models.
• Proficiency in expressing business needs as requirements (e.g., use cases) and linking business models to regulatory compliance and information security needs.
• Experience as a lead or solution architect with expertise in managing large data sets.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Essential Skills:

• Certification as a Business Architect or Enterprise Architect (certification must not be older than 10 years).
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
• Leadership skills with the ability to navigate within complex organizations.
• Experience in the energy sector or within research organizations/universities, providing insights into data strategies and business goals.
• Strong understanding of IT security and system integration in complex environments.
